A coach will help you see what you may not be seeing and hear what you may not be hearing.

Frequently Asked Questions

2, one hour sessions per month.

3 days prior to the first session, participants will receive a question to ponder.
These questions are designed to help people become aware of what may be holding them back. IE: “If I were to take over you life personally or professionally, what is the first thing I am going to change?”

The participant will be coached to understand why this obstacle has not been resolved or to bring even greater clarity to the obstacle.

The participants will be assigned accountability partners from the group to work on with one another what resolution looks like.

At the second session, each participant will speak about their action plan and coached to maximize it’s effectiveness.

Those that find themselves too often settling and unhappy with where they are in life.

Mid level professionals who feel they are capable of moving ahead in their careers but have not.

We will hold each other accountable, and offer suggestions on what a participant can do to be actionable.

A commitment to oneself to being better. No one falls to the top of the mountain. We climb steadily with measured progress each session.

Complete participation in the discussion, and actionable, acceptable progress to becoming better.

Each person (as part of the homework) must create a game plan around each question with specific metrics to measure performance. IE: If one question focuses on stepping outside of a comfort zone, they must present a plan to their accountability partner of what that looks like. Then, during the second session of the month – we will ask; “done or not done?”

Identify 6 improvements you are committed to making that will make you and your life better. Submit them to Ken at least two weeks prior to the start of the program.

For mid level professionals who feel they are capable of being in a better position professionally (or in life) but are able to look inward.

Those that blame others or offer excuses.

You make a 6 month commitment up front, and then the contract is month to month with a 30 day cancellation policy.
