In my former industry, I held positions from sales rep to CEO having worked with small businesses along with multi-billion-dollar companies. During my last years in the industry, I started, scaled and sold my own manufacturing company. As a Leadership Coach, I work with businesses ranging from $1,000,000 to $500,000,000 spending over 1500 hours per year in front of Business Owners, CEO’s and Leadership teams. This affords me the unique experience to help you navigate the challenges of a “Big Corporate CEO, or Business Owner” while pushing you to understand the needs of an individual or team.
