Background

Over my career, I have worked for small startups and large multinational Fortune 50 Companies before starting, scaling and selling my own, multinational firm. Have held numerous leadership positions, which included complete ownership of P&L statements along with growing and developing emerging markets internationally.

Who Am I?

A committed husband and father who does not coddle his children or clients. I have always believed that what you tolerate, you encourage. My role in my children’s and client’s lives are parallel; prepare and help them get to the next level. Even as a successful CEO, there is always room for improvement. Success can breed complacency and complacency is the kiss of death for business.

What Defines Me

When we see a person, we often see a title, or a class.  I choose to see the person; and I coach the person, not the title.  This allows me to replace judgement with curiosity.
